Intetics, a leading global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is looking for Senior Java Engineer to enrich its team with a skilled professional to spread the company’s ideas, vision, content and messages.

The Project:

A distributed storage system and application, from user perspective: like Dropbox, but from architecture/cost perspective it is Peer-to-Peer architecture so data is not stored in data centers but rather on hard disks of the users themselves.

The system includes comprehensive FEC encoding (Reed Solomon), Encryption, data distribution/seeding , a GUI for Windows, MAC, IOS and Android, and a server side management system and administration portal.

The architecture resembles certain Blockchain storage projects, however - we are targeting simple end consumers, not developer community - so it is much more robust and user friendly.

• Must have:
• Java – 5+ years of production experience.
• Angular + Redux.
• General understanding of TCP/UDP protocols.
• Experience with microservices and REST API.
• Experience with databases.
• Nice to have:
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Spark, Redis.
• Experience working with AWS cloud and Kubernetes.
• Automation Testing skills.
• Languages:
• Spoken English.
• Russian is preferred to have, but not mandatory
