As a Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing and advertising activities. You are expected to work closely with account marketing Managers and the leadership team, do research, edit copy, and customers' behavior.

Skills & experience we're looking for 👨‍💻

• You have 1 to 3 years of previous experience
• You have familiarity with and passion for effectively leveraging marketing to drive positive company outcomes.
• You have exposure to funnel analytics, user journey analytics, social media marketing or attribution marketing, reporting, and business case building across paid and non paid channels for existing and new users
• Game enthusiast
• Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
• Understand the principle of Integrated Marketing Mix and digital marketing (Digital branding principal and influencer)
• Very good communication skills and teamwork-oriented attitude
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment and to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends
• Experience / Interest in Web3 will be an added advantage.

You will 📲

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Testing and evaluating new channels and trends.
• Work closely with Marketing leadership and ideate weekly/monthly campaigns that focus on building awareness and bring users onto the Rush Gaming Universe.
• Plan and execute weekly/monthly campaigns across multiple channels- emails, SMS, social media, etc. and drive engagement
• Identify different cohorts of existing customers and plan personalized campaigns for customer lifecycle journey
• Monitor and analyze retention metrics to understand the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements to plan retention strategies
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, data, and creative teams to ideate and execute marketing campaigns to further increase user acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
• Serving as a subject matter expert by building a deep understanding of industry fundamentals and the drivers, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications (case studies, webinars, etc.)
• Manage the design and analysis of marketing insights; develop and socialize a rigorous
• Define and monitor key metrics through consistent tracking, KPIs, and dashboards.
