This role provides an exciting opportunity for a motivated graduate to join the fast paced Brand Marketing team! There won’t be many roles like this out there. The successful candidate will work closely with both the Marketing Campaigns Manager (delivering global projects and campaigns within the activity plan) and the Social Media Manager (executing creative & engaging initiatives across all social & professional media platforms). This will be an incredibly varied role, but you’ll also learn a lot of invaluable skills! This role is paid at the going market rate for this role (we believe in being fair to our grads as we would to our full time employees), and there’s the opportunity of a full time contract after the grad programme.
Job Responsibilities
- 35% SOCIAL MEDIA: Execute creative social media campaigns in line with marketing strategies.
- 35% PROJECTS: End to end project management, creating briefs and working with wider marketing team to deliver projects
- 15% REPORTING: Weekly and monthly reporting on the performance of the channels and projects. Measuring; engagement, follower growth, and suggesting solutions to improve performance and impact.
- 15% PARTNERS: Building & maintaining relationships with external stakeholders such as partners, agencies etc to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Skills & Experience Required
- Passion and good knowledge on social media platforms and their best practices (Facebook, Twitter, Intstagram, TikTok, Reddit, Telegram, Discord to name a few!)
- Be metrics-driven, always on the hunt to find creative solutions to problems.
- Keen interest in all the latest fintech, blockchain, crypto, defi, web3 trends essential!
- Strong communication and social copywriting skills, with great attention to detail
- Content creation/creative or design background a plus!
- Be flexible, organized and able to juggle multiple deadlines in a busy environment
- Understanding of marketing principles and processes with 1-2 years experience in a similar role
