About Polygon Labs

Polygon Labs is a software development company building and developing a network of aggregated blockchains via the AggLayer, secured by Ethereum. As public infrastructure, the AggLayer will bring together user bases and liquidity for any connected chain, and leverage Ethereum as a settlement layer. Polygon Labs has also contributed to the core development of several widely-adopted scaling protocols and tools for launching blockchains, including Polygon PoS, Polygon zkEVM, and Polygon Miden, which is in development as well as Polygon CDK.

Your Role

As the Lead Product Manager for Polygon PoS, you will spearhead the vision, strategy, and execution of core upgrades and UX/UI enhancements within the Polygon PoS network. Collaborating closely with engineering, research, and cross-functional teams, you will drive innovation, optimize performance, and ensure a seamless experience for developers and users alike.

Your Responsibilities

• Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business objectives and customer needs.​

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.​

• User Experience Ownership: Drive UX/UI enhancements to improve developer experience and end-user interactions on Polygon PoS. Work with design teams to refine user flows, simplify onboarding, and enhance accessibility, ensuring a frictionless Web3 experience. 

• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between leadership and technical teams, translating strategic goals into actionable plans and ensuring clear communication throughout the product lifecycle.​

• Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and inform data-driven decisions.​

• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful delivery of product initiatives.

What You'll Need

• A minimum of 5 years in product management, with at least 3 years in the blockchain or decentralized technology sectors.

• Comprehensive understanding of Ethereum and the broader Web3 ecosystem.

• Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that align with organizational goals and market demands.

• Experience coordinating a complete lifecycle of product development

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive results.

Preferred Qualifications

• A strong understanding of blockchain technologies, including smart contracts, consensus mechanisms, and decentralized applications (dApps)

• Leverage AI tools to streamline development, speed up data analysis, and automate tasks
