Responsibilities:

- Optimize existing code for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews, ensuring best practices and high-quality standards are maintained.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software development experience, with a focus on systems programming and performance-critical applications.
- Proficiency in high performance coding languages such as Python, C++, Rust, etc.
- Experience with blockchain technologies, including consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and decentralized applications is a plus.
