Overview
This is a 3- or 6-month internship, with the opportunity of converting to full-time upon graduation. We are open to full-time or part-time interns, with the preference for a full-time intern to start asap.
This is an opportunity to join an exciting industry and one of the Top 10 crypto exchanges globally. You will be working with our senior marketing team to manage the BitMEX brand and our community of traders.
Responsibilities
- Support the formulation of communication strategies in building a lasting digital connection with customers, including websites, videos, and social media
- Create and manage community engagement campaigns including advertisement, social media contents, videos, etc.
- Drive brand awareness and adoption through development and implementation of brand campaigns, incl. Sponsorship activation & management, partnership content and affiliate content development
- Continually understand and research our customer demographics, psychographics, and behavior to guide organizational stakeholders
Qualifications
- Final year undergraduate/Master’s preferably in Marketing or similar
- Brand management experience, preferably in the fintech space
- An exceptionally strong communicator, both written and oral
- We’d love to see:
- Knowledge and interest in the cryptocurrency industry
- Experience devising and delivering marketing campaigns with measurable impact
- Joy in communication with our users on various social media platforms (Telegram, Discord, Twitter & YouTube)
- Ability to find the right tone of voice for our crypto-interested audience
- Reliable team player and project manager, with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work well with internal stakeholders and external agency partners
- Ability to interpret data & turn into actionable insights, working with our data analytics team
- Easy going about remote working with stakeholders across all Asia Pacific
