Fuel Labs is building the fastest modular execution layer in the world. Our network is a permissionless, trust-minimized layer-2 protocol for Ethereum that enables low-cost, high-throughput, value transfer transactions and comprises of a highly-optimized roll-up design.

There are three central pillars to our technology: parallel transaction execution, Fuel Virtual Machine (FuelVM), and our very own domain-specific language, called Sway. Combining these, Fuel Labs delivers the highest security, flexibility, and functionality, for a superior developer experience.

We are seeking a Product Manager to manage and scale our core Fuel Labs product that developers and users rely on daily. You will craft a strategy, identify tactics, and devise solutions to optimize and grow our product. Your work will be essential in guiding the next iterations of our product and ensuring its success in the blockchain ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for your domain, in alignment with the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Understand the competitive landscape to identify market trends, key underserved customer needs, and new opportunities
• Collaborate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to discover, organize, and prioritize prospective new capabilities and solutions for your product domain
• Drive product improvements through iterative design and experimentation; gather data to build a strong understanding of the user, their pain points, and the solutions that will lead to a better user experience
• Work with engineers and designers to deliver a high-quality product experience that users love
• Actively engage with Growth, Engineering, and other teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption
• Develop familiarity with blockchain technology, Ethereum ecosystem, layer-2 solutions, and other domain areas

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management at a fast-growing software company
• Track record of success delivering products and features that drive business results
• Technical background, particularly working with web, blockchain, and cloud-based platforms
• Analytical mindset and experience making data-informed decisions
• Strong history working with design and development teams
• Positive, professional, inclusive, self-starter, and team-oriented demeanor
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience and success leading cross-functional teams remotely

• Domain experience with blockchain technology, layer-2 solutions, or cryptocurrencies
