â—Ź Experience building software with Rust or Golang, in
production environments.
â—Ź Hands-on coding ability
â—Ź Experience with the fundamentals of blockchain technology
and developer platforms
â—Ź Technical aptitude to ask engineers good questions about
architecture and product decisions
Non-technical (soft skills) Must have:
â—Ź Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational skills.
â—Ź Knowledge of the crypto space (bonus points if full time for
over 6+ months at a crypto company)
Basic Qualifications:
â—Ź At least 5+ years managing high performing engineering teams
â—Ź Hands-on Software Development experience in crypto
â—Ź Have managed engineering teams of 8+
Preferred Qualifications:
â—Ź Experience in crypto, professional or personal, or an interest in the same
â—Ź Experience successfully onboarding onto a new organization as a manager or director
â—Ź Proven success leading multi-team programs
â—Ź Demonstrated history of collaborating with product on setting a product roadmap
â—Ź Engineering degree in Computer Science or equivalent
