We are looking to hire a Credit & Lending Analyst with a passion for digital assets and decentralized finance to join our growing team in our Zurich office.
Tasks
- Work side-by-side with Head of Credit & Lending on growing the Business Unit
- Drive the growth of our credit portfolio, developing products tailored to Private and/or Corporate Clients
- Build great relationship with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Trading, Tech)
- Monitor and manage existing credit and lending products
- Lead multidisciplinary teams on implementing strategic projects to scale the Business Unit and enhance Customer Experience
- Act as Expert in client conversations, understanding their needs and tailor solutions that addresses them
- Derive out-of-the box solutions to address complex client needs
Requirements
- Knowledge in Credit and Lending products
- Solid knowledge of financial products, related to credit & lending and securities lending
- Excellent communication skills to build trust and ongoing business relationships
- Strong analytical skills and ability to build reports and automate processes (e.g., Excel with VBA, MS Access, Python)
- Very strong entrepreneurial drive and can-do mindset
- Ability to thrive in a start-up environment
Nice to have:
- Strong interest to deep-dive into blockchain protocols
- Background and experience with IT projects and Agile Development methodology
