Responsibilities:
- Design and iterate trading platforms logic for derivatives like options and futures to ensure optimal performance.
- Anticipate market/ competitors trends to develop trading products(e.g grid trading/ block trades/ trading bots) for retail and institutional clients
- Build risk models (e.g., isolated margin, portfolio margin) to enhance capital efficiency and manage risks effectively, embed risk control in product design .
- Manage key parameters such as tick size and margin tiers while enhancing system stability by tracking industry trends and competitor innovations.
- Implement stress testing and automated monitoring tools to detect and mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory teams to build scalable and compliant trading infrastructure.
- Develop monitoring systems and manage product iteration plans based on the competitive landscape.
- Coordinate with developers, QAs, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in STEM field like Mathematics, Physics, Financial Engineering or Computer Science.
- Ideally 4+ years of experience building backend systems in the crypto or traditional finance sectors.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments.
- Passion for blockchain, trading, and financial markets.
