We’re looking for passionate Full-Stack Engineers to bring the possibilities of Web3 and the open metaverse to life, creating DAO tooling that communities and creators of all sorts - musicians, athletes, teams, storytellers and more - and their audiences can use to easily launch and grow on Flow.

As part of the Engineering team at Dapper Collectives, you will be responsible for building, improving and maintaining innovative DAO tooling and technologies. Our diverse stack is a limitless sandbox for people who can learn fast, collaborate and share their unique knowledge; working on it means you’ll be a critical part of Dapper Labs’ “most important move yet.”

Key responsibilities:

• Contribute to the overall software architecture for our DAO tools, as well as the future of Dapper Labs, Web3 and DAOs
• Expand your network of Web3 developers and visionaries - as part of this team you’ll not only get to work with the skilled and inspiring engineers, developers, designers and thinkers on our team, but also with other teams and developers building on Flow

Knowledge, skills, experience and strengths:

• Endlessly curious and kind, you share our values by celebrating compassion, creation and collaboration
• You’re an active planner, developer and contributor eager to impact your team and our software/software architecture.
• You have experience building applications using any modern frontend and backend frameworks, such as Go, Nodejs, React, Redis, MongoDB, Docker as well as Git
• You’ve had lots of experience producing, testing and debugging code
• Capable of applying your skills across a variety of use cases; you’re not an inflexible specialist
• Comfortable executing at a high level in an ambiguous environment, you have a proven ability to collaborate and communicate across teams and stakeholders, in person and virtually
• Multitasking, problem solving, prioritizing and removing blockers is just how you roll
