Credix is a decentralized credit marketplace connecting institutional investors globally with credit fintechs/loan originators in emerging markets starting in Latin America. We are building the bridge between real-world assets and decentralized finance (DeFi) to empower financial inclusion.

About the job
We are looking for someone to join the Credix team and help with our risk efforts. The ideal candidate would be someone truly passionate about data, coding, and debt. It would consist of a full-time 3-month internship program, which could potentially lead to a full-time position based on the candidate's performance.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Python and SQL
• Understanding of lending and credit risk scoring
• Experience working with RESTful APIs
• Familiar with Cloud Platforms (GCP is a plus)
• Relentlessly resourceful
• The following would be a plus: knowledge of Rust and/or familiarity with Solana, loan tape analysis, cash flow modeling in the context of ABS transactions

Responsibilities

• Working on the backend architecture of the risk function
• Automate the underwriting process through multiple modules
• Manage consumption and exposure of data through APIs with several stakeholders
