Apply for this job
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Enablement & Product Marketing Intern to join our London team. This is a hands-on internship offering exposure to the intersection of marketing, sales, and sales engineering in a fast-paced Fintech environment.

You’ll play a key supporting role in strengthening our go-to-market (GTM) efforts—helping align teams, streamline sales content, coordinate event logistics, and ensure RFP/RFI readiness. If you're excited to learn, collaborate across teams, and build your skills in sales enablement and product marketing, we want to hear from you!

Key responsibilities:

    • Assist in creating and refining sales presentations and product marketing decks to support the commercial and sales engineering teams.
    • Help maintain and organise key sales assets and enablement materials to ensure consistency and QA.
    • Coordinate logistics for marketing-led and sales-supported events (in-person and virtual), including research, delegate pass management, materials prep, and follow-up.
    • Support the creation, proofreading, and coordination of RFP and RFI responses, ensuring high-quality submissions following final input from technical teams.
    • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Pre Sales Engineering to ensure alignment across product messaging and customer-facing materials.
    • Support ad-hoc research projects on industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer insights to inform GTM activities.

Ideal candidate:

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    • Strong writing and communication skills with a good eye for detail.
    • Analytical with good initiative and highly motivated.
    • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
    • Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
    • Interest or background in fintech, B2B software, or technology.

What you'll gain from R3's internship:

    • Hands-on experience in sales enablement and product marketing at a global technology company.
    • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a real-world go-to-market setting.
    • Skills in project management, communication, and content creation.
    • Mentorship from experienced professionals across marketing and sales.
