Requirements:

• Assist in managing the Japan X account and community, ensuring active engagement and communication across various platforms.
• Work with the manager to host community events, including preparation, promotion, and on-the-day coordination.
• Support a variety of marketing operations tasks, such as content creation, social media management, and campaign execution.
• Develop engaging content tailored for the Japanese market, including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
• Gather feedback from the community to help improve our products, services, and community activities.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and community engagement efforts to inform future strategies.
• Work closely with various teams to coordinate marketing activities and community events, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Address community inquiries and provide customer support in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments within the Japanese cryptocurrency market and community.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in or Graduated from Bachelors in Marketing and other relevant fields.
• Native level proficiency in Japanese and fluent in English.
• Passion for building and managing online communities.
• Experience in organizing or assisting with events, both virtual and in-person.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to create engaging content tailored for the Japanese market.
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and contribute to group efforts.
• Eagerness to learn, stay updated with industry trends, and handle tasks on short notice.
• Previous experience in community management or marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
