Responsibilities
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with design, backend, and product teams to thoroughly understand business requirements and translate them into effective, high-quality frontend solutions.

- AI Agent & Intelligent Features: Drive the intelligent evolution of the CRM by developing and integrating AI Agents. Build conversational interfaces (Copilots), visualize AI-driven insights, and implement automated workflows to support future business intelligence needs.
- Application Development: Develop fast, user-friendly web applications compatible with both desktop and mobile browsers by writing clean, efficient, and maintainable client-side code.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications to ensure maximum performance, scalability, and responsiveness, ensuring the system can handle large-scale data rendering typical in CRM environments.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of react Expertise: Strong proficiency in React.js with hands-on experience building complex, high-performance web applications.
- JavaScript Foundation: Solid foundation in JavaScript, including thorough knowledge of ES6+ features and best practices.
- TypeScript Skills: Skilled in TypeScript, capable of leveraging static typing to improve code quality and maintainability.
- Architecture & State Management: Deep understanding of component-based architecture, state management, and React Hooks.
- Performance Optimization: Familiarity with frontend performance optimization techniques, including code splitting, lazy loading, and caching strategies.
- Build Tools & Workflows: Proficient with frontend build tools and workflows such as Webpack, Babel, ESLint, and Prettier.
- Code Quality: Strong code quality awareness, emphasizing readability, modularity, and reusability.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with LLM/AI integration (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain) or developing complex CRM/SaaS platforms is a strong plus.
