About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Content and Community Lead to drive our content strategy and foster meaningful connections within our growing community of ambitious web3 developers. Effective content and community engagement are critical for driving awareness, adoption, and advocacy in the rapidly evolving Solana ecosystem. This role will innovate, collaborate, and execute, creating impactful content and programs that resonate with blockchain developers, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Engagement & Growth:
  • Own and execute community engagement initiatives, including AMAs, hackathons, partnerships, and online discussions.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to create cross-promotional content and amplify MagicBlock's reach across the Solana and broader crypto communities.
  • Engage actively with the Solana builder community on platforms like Discord and Telegram to gather insights, provide support, and foster relationships.

• Content Strategy & Creation:
  • Develop and execute compelling content strategies that elevate MagicBlock's presence within the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders to translate complex concepts into engaging content such as blog posts, case studies, and developer success stories.
  • Ensure all content aligns with developer needs, maintaining technical accuracy while making it accessible to a broader audience.
• Data-Driven Decision Making and experimentation:
  • Analyze content and community engagement performance to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Use data and trend analysis to stay current on emerging Web3 trending topics and narratives, particularly within the Solana ecosystem, and proactively identify new opportunities for content and community engagement.
  • Experiment with innovative content formats and community initiatives to keep MagicBlock ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Web3 marketing with a deep understanding of developer communities and blockchain ecosystems.
• Strong communication skills, adept at engaging developers through community platforms and fostering relationships that drive advocacy.
• Experience in content marketing and community-driven growth, including ambassador programs, incentives, and partnerships.
• A data-driven approach to content and community growth, leveraging analytics to refine strategies and measure impact.
• You are proactive, creative, and passionate about shaping the future of decentralized technology.

Bonus If:

• Familiarity with blockchain technology and the Solana ecosystem.
• You have worked closely with technical stakeholders and have an understanding of the Solana ecosystem and developer needs.
• Prior experience in a technical marketing or developer relations role.
