Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, strategic, creative GTM and Crypto Marketing Lead to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. You would be managing a community manager who is already part of the team, and working with our CMO (Web2 focused, former CMO of OnlyFans) and Founders on leading the GTM and Crypto marketing strategy and execution.

The ideal candidate will be chronically online and crypto-native, without being too blinkered by the echo chamber of CT. They will be experienced and creative to drive the strategic thinking, alongside our CMO and Founders, but also get stuck in and execute, themself.

This role is perfect for someone who is eager to be part of a high-growth, cutting-edge project and wants to contribute meaningfully to building the future of decentralised AI. Ideally, the candidate will be based in the UK, preferably in London, and comfortable with a hybrid working model that includes some in-office time. However, fully-remote is also possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing X account for announcements and engagement
• Leading strategies for product launches and CT initiatives
• Building relationships with KOLs and activating them
• Organizing events, Twitter Spaces and conference appearances for Founders
• Developing and deploying engaging content (memes, GIFs, stickers). 
• Overseeing messaging and promotional efforts, including partnerships and listings announcements.
• Growing the community and the Oh cult

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Marketing or GTM role, within a successful consumer crypto project
• Knowledge of decentralised AI
• KOL connections and experience managing relationships and activations
• Chronically online, with deep knowledge of crypto trends, vocab, memes and lore
• Ability to generate content (memes, stickers, GIFs)
• Ideally built your own community for own project
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
• High energy, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to tackle challenges head-on
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• A modern outlook and understanding of current technology trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in crypto marketing
• Experience at a consumer crypto project
• Knowledge of crypto x AI landscape and technologies
• Built a community and brand from 0 to success
