We are currently looking young professional for the role of Junior Relationship Manager to join our fast-growing Private client’s team in our Zurich office. We are passionate about serving Private clients. Our goal is to be the first choice globally as partner bank for digital assets
Tasks
- Manage your own client book and cater to various products needs of your clients.
- Foster new client relationships via an active networking channels like events, conferences,personal network etc.
- Maintain and develop an expert level of understanding of the crypto market landscape by understanding Sygnum’s offering and strengths and understanding the regulatory developments.
- Oversee multiple prospects and prioritize efforts to anticipate and ensure appropriate responses to their investment needs, including fiat/digital asset transactions, trading orders, loans, etc.
- Lead the client onboarding process together with internal stakeholders (Legal & Compliance, Operations).
- Update and maintain the CRM for accurate recordkeeping of all relationships.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in client servicing/customer care/relationship management of private or institutional clients within a (Swiss) financial institutions or internships in similar roles during Master or Bachelor Program.
- Distinct customer focus, enjoyment of direct customer contact and a strong inner drive to deliver world-class customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written form in English (German is a plus).
- Passionate about managing relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm to get to know the world of Digital Assets and gain expertise in our product and service offerings.
