Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and drive the marketing efforts for our innovative Web 3To4 project. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our project within the community and attract users and stakeholders. Your role will involve managing various marketing channels, coordinating campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.


Responsibilities:


1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to raise awareness and promote our Web 3To4 project within the community.

2. Create compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives that effectively communicate the project’s value proposition, features, and benefits.

3. Utilize your experience in promoting Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) to drive engagement and adoption of our NFT offerings within the community.

4. Collaborate with the product team to understand project goals and target audience, ensuring marketing efforts align with the overall project roadmap.

5. Manage and optimize marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and community engagement to maximize user acquisition and engagement.

6. Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics and campaign performance to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and drive data-based decision making.

7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the Web 3.0 space, including concepts like Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs), Decentralized Finance (DeFi), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Security Token Offerings (STOs), and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

8. Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant industry influencers, partners, and community members to enhance project visibility and foster engagement.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and communications, to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.

10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Web 3.0, blockchain, NFTs, DAOs, DeFi, AI, STOs, and incorporate relevant insights into marketing strategies.

11. Monitor community feedback, address user concerns, and actively engage with the community through forums, social media, and other channels to build a strong brand reputation and foster a loyal user base.


Requirements:


1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing, blockchain technologies, and NFT promotion are a plus.

2. Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the technology industry, with a focus on community-driven projects, blockchain technologies, and NFT promotion.

3. Solid understanding of Web 3.0 concepts, blockchain technology, NFTs, DAOs, DeFi, AI, STOs, and the decentralized ecosystem.

4. Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies and campaigns, ideally within the crypto or blockchain space.

5. Proficiency in utilizing various marketing channels and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, analytics tools, and content management systems.

6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

8. Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

9. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including team members, influencers, and community members.
