The Field Marketing Manager will partner with our regional sales leader to build and execute the complete demand generation plan for the US Public Sector. This person will collaborate with our global marketing team and manage product launches, events, and demand generation campaigns across the public sector space. We measure success by pipeline development, lead generation, and sales success.

In one year you’ll know you were successful if…

• The US Public Sector group has achieved customer acquisition and sales bookings targets
• You’ve developed a localized demand generation strategy that reliably produces leads and builds pipeline
• You understand the cryptocurrency ecosystem, our customers, and can develop local market messaging
• You’ve developed a partnership with regional leadership and worked collaboratively with the rest of the product and field marketing teams
• You understand what activities are meaningful to the business and can appropriately prioritize requests from sales and other stakeholders

A background like this helps:

• You've led Public Sector Field Marketing for a technology company
• You have worked with Federal Law Enforcement, State and Local, Defense or Financial Regulatory Agencies
• You have experience with cryptocurrency or blockchain technology
• You’re masterful at managing competing deadlines, measuring and drawing insights from KPI’s, and have an exceptional attention to detail

We set standard base salary ranges for all roles based on function, level, and location, benchmarked against technology companies. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, relevant work experience, skillset, internal equity, and other factors, consistent with applicable law.

The salary range for this position is dependent on where you live within the United States. Chainalysis maintains two pay zones: Zone 1 includes team members in the New York City metro area and team members in the San Francisco Bay Area. Zone 2 encompasses all other parts of the United States. The salary ranges are:

Zone 1 $80,000 - $105,000- $125,000

Zone 2 $69,000 - $90,000 - $111,000

Base salary is just one part of our total rewards package which additionally includes equity, performance bonus or commissions for eligible roles, and competitive benefits.
