Responsibilities:

1. Build and grow a robust paid media experimentation approach across creatives, search engine optimisation, landing page optimisation.
2. Manage and grow strategic marketing partner relationships, channel experimentation, audience messaging, and spend accountability.
3. Manage new media partnerships end-to-end to drive measurable growth.
4. Work on integrated campaign, starting with strategy, brief and working on executing and measuring performance.
5. Ideate, test, iterate, and optimise growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimisations across web and native-app growth channels.
6. Constantly work on new channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimisation and acquisition growth.
7. Work extensively with Data Dashboards to refine user experience and key metrics research.
8. Identify acquisition, retention, and commercial opportunities based on data, industry trends, and competitive environment.

Requirements:

1. 4+ years professional experience in analytics, preferably at a growth stage startup or a fintech company.
2. Experience managing a monthly budget of at least 1 crore or higher for paid marketing spend across digital platforms-Instagram, twitter, youtube.
3. A clear communicator - ability to express complex ideas clearly & succinctly.
4. Possess a strong ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
5. Relevant acquisition marketing experience, preferably growing a significant mobile customer base leveraging experimentation.
6. Experience in analytical and data visualization tools such as Hotjar, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.
7. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success.
8. An obsession for crypto and digital assets. We are disrupting an Industry. It is not going to be easy. It will require meticulous planning, strategic execution. But most importantly, patience.
9. Excellent time manager.
