What You’ll Do:

• Lead Enterprise Marketing’s content initiatives throughout the content lifecycle: from ideation, to production, execution, publishing, and reporting.

• Develop new content lines for Halborn’s Enterprise GTM strategy: industry reports, short educational videos, webinars

• Create B2B nurture campaigns for Prospects (MQL -> SQL)

• Communicate with multiple stakeholders, especially Marketing and Sales, to coordinate planning and execution of multiple projects at a time

• Execute on necessary processes from the content lifecycle including: copywriting, graphic design and video editing.

• Enterprise events production: plan, create content & designs, manage speakers, manage communications, manage sponsors and ticketing all the way to on-site event operation.

• Optimize content from data-driven analysis: user interaction from Salesforce MCAE (fka Pardot), website A/B testing, Social Media analytics, Newsletter insights.

• Propose tools to implement automation throughout marketing processes

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with Enterprise Marketing (Financial sector, B2B preferred)

• 5+ years of experience on project management

• Impeccable organization to keep track of processes, progress and communicate results

• Ability to manage own time and priorities

• Very strong communication skills 

• Proactiveness and attention to detail

• Proficiency in English

• Ability to work with various teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Willingness to learn technical aspects of blockchain and cybersecurity

• Willingness to work in an asynchronous environment
