The Miner Repair Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair activities related to Mining equipment, machinery, and Miner repair validation. This role will ensure the safe and efficient functioning of mining equipment and operations.Â

Duties & Responsibilities
- Able to influence without authority; Effective Communicator
- Lead and manage assigned repair personnel
- Foster a sense of safety, accountability, and teamwork within the department
- Must have soldering experience
- Coordinate and schedule repairs and validations to minimize downtime
- Effectively collaborates with internal and external departments
- Oversee the operation of testing, repairing, and validation of Miner repairs to maintain production goals
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and inspections
- Provide regular updates to assigned management on department activities and communication where assistance is necessary
- Responsible for management and monitoring of materials and inventory
- Ensure all repair activities comply with established safety regulations and industry standards
- Assists in expanding Miner repair services to clients
- Undertakes repairs and corrective maintenance
- Works through issues in a confident, positive way
- Any other responsibilities and/or duties that may be assigned, as deemed necessary by management
Required Skills & Abilities
- Proficient with company implemented/deployed technologies (e.g. Windows 10/11, Microsoft Excel, MinerOS, HiveOS, BTC Tools, Foreman Crypto Miner Management, Timeclock systems)
- Inventory management
- Personnel management
- Soldering
- Willingness to travel and/or dispatch to various mining locations, if necessary
- Willingness to work all shifts: days/nights/weekends/holidays as needed and/or required
- Positive attitude
Education & Experience
- At least two years related experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly
- Ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
- Ability to respond quickly to sounds
- Ability to see and respond to dangerous situations
- Ability to wear personal protective gear correctly
- Ability to withstand prolonged periods of walking, standing, bending, stooping, climbing, lifting and/or manual dexterity
- Ability to work in extreme weather
- Reliable transportation for commuting to assigned daily site and other locations, as required
