Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of web3 marketing strategies, focusing on community growth, engagement, and the expansion of our IP and ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with community, product, and leadership teams to integrate player feedback into our go-to-market plans, ensuring they resonate with our core audience.
- Establish and manage partnerships within the web3 ecosystem, driving marketing, monetization, and product release strategies with a focus on blockchain-specific audiences.
- Drive category-defining campaigns that capture and cut through the noise.
- Develop and grow the studio's main social media profiles while looking to expand our audience in other channels.
- Communicate clear marketing objectives and strategies, develop tailored assets, and implement data-driven post-execution analysis to enhance our product and business performance.
- Foster strong relationships across internal and external teams, acting as a key communicator and advocate for our web3 initiatives.
Skills Needed:
- Deep understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and NFT markets, especially within gaming.
- A web3 native user, across gaming and defi and crypto NFTâs.
- Strong experience in leading web3 activations and content creation. You are delivery-focused and committed to driving results for the team and studio rather than personal gain.
- Report on campaign goals and budgets, particularly in a start-up environment.
- Exceptional project management skills with a knack for drafting precise project briefs and content specifications.

MVP Skills:
- Experience managing IPs across games, NFTs, and other blockchain onchain assets.
