Brinc delivers web3-specific accelerator programs to identify, mentor, and invest in promising blockchain, non-fungible tokens (NFT), Blockchain-based Gaming/GameFi, and Decentralized Finance (DeFi) startups that are shaping the future of the Web3.0 and driving digitalization. Brincalso accepts high-potential startups seeking to adopt blockchain, NFT, Blockchain-based Gaming/GameFi, and DeFi into their core business.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead the operations for one of Brinc’s web3 programs, which identifies and invests in the most promising blockchain and DeFi startups shaping the future of Web3.The Program Manager is a core role in the Brinc business and is responsible for ensuring the operational success of Brinc accelerators from startup sourcing through Demo Day. This includes event management, organising and maintaining program data, building and scheduling the accelerator calendar, execution of Demo Day, as well as recruiting, hiring and training an Associate team.
Program Managers work closely with and report to the Managing Director/Program Director, who is responsible for non-operational work, such as accelerator strategy, building and managing relationships with relevant corporate partners and mentors, startup sourcing, and investing in game-changing companies.
All Program Managers will have deep interactions with Brinc founders, portfolio companies, leading industry partners, top-tier venture capitalists and advisors, providing an opportunity to vastly expand networks and work with thought leaders from around the world.

What You Will Do:

    • Collaborate with with our program partner team closely, specifically New Ventures, to execute the program and help build the next generation of disruptive Blockchain companies
    • Partner with the Managing Director of Accelerators to develop the delivery plan and then take charge of the successful execution of the program
    • Ensure the program follows best practices and executes upon planned content and curriculum
    • Own all-year-round logistics, operations, administration, scheduling, calendar management and event planning for the program
    • Support relationship management with Brinc’s Global network
    • Recruit, hire and manage the Associate team
    • Deliver the best possible accelerator experience to founders, mentors, partners, investors and other program stakeholders
    • Represent Brinc in the local community and ecosystem, both actively and passively

About You:

    • A minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in fast-paced environments in a related field such as consulting, venture capital, startup management or business management
    • Strong interest in technology, startups, entrepreneurship, and venture capital, ideally with experience in Blockchain and NFTs
    • Personal involvement and engagement within the web3 space and activity on platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, and Discord
    • Experience with operations and event planning
    • Effective communicator and able to collaborate across departments and audiences
    • Ensures accountability with self and others
    • Can plan and prioritize to meet program objectives and organizational goals
    • Can quickly adapt to different situations and stakeholders
    • Experience in driving continuous process improvement and operational efficiency
    • Fluent English language skills are a must, other languages a plus
