🙌🏼 What you will be doing
We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer (junior/mid) - not a tester or ticket validator, but someone who understands and promotes a QA mindset. Your future work will include:
- Building relationships and cooperating closely with the development team
- Being involved in every phase of the software development lifecycle (from gathering requirements to monitoring production) to support the team in producing quality solutions
- Researching and introducing QA-related tools and standards across the organisation
- Driving the right QA mindset across the development team to speed up the development process and increase its quality
- Having space to present the ownership of (not only) technical initiatives
🛠️ How we work:
You will play a crucial role within a dedicated product team, tasked with overseeing various features within the app. This team includes a Product Manager, an Engineering Manager (who will serve as your direct supervisor), Quality Assurance specialists, and, as needed, frontend developers.
