As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Fireblocks, you will manage end to end recruitment processes, locally & globally, including the creation of strong technical talent pipelines for our company’s current & future hiring needs, work closely with the hiring managers, become their trusted partner, provide advice and guidance in all aspects of Talent Acquisition, and help us build excellent teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech company / start-up, with specific focus on Engineering / R&D related positions. Ideally you will also have spent time at an agency during your career.
  • Proven background in leading a full cycle recruiting process and strong familiarity with Israel technical talent market - including attending technical meetups, 8200 conferences etc
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align talent acquisition initiatives with broader business objectives
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • A true end to end Talent Partner - You’re just as comfortable running kickoffs and aligning stakeholders as you are sourcing and closing top candidates
  • Strong ability to develop trusting, consultative partnerships with hiring managers
  • Great at building and executing creative sourcing strategies
