Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing of relevant candidates across job portals, LinkedIn, to maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for hiring managers from various corporate business units.
- Assist with interview scheduling.
- Shadow interviews with recruiters, with the potential to hire end-to-end for junior to mid level roles.
- Participate in both global and local HR projects.
Requirements:
- Keen eye for profiling candidates, passionate about growing in the recruitment space.
- Current student in the final year of bachelor or master program or a fresh graduate in HR Management, Labor Economics, or related fields.
- Preference will be given to candidates with bilingual proficiency.
- Experience in HR/Recruitment will be beneficial, but not a must.
- Able to commit minimally 3 days per week, for a 6 month period.
