About the Role As the Sales Lead, you’ll drive adoption of our oracle infrastructure among token issuers across DeFi and tokenized real-world assets. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from initial contact to signed deal—helping bring high-integrity data feeds (NAV, price, PoR, compliance, risk) on-chain. You’ll work closely with product, integrations, and leadership to shape how issuers interact with our stack, combining technical depth with a commercial mindset. Whether inbound or outbound, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our most important relationships and play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s revenue engine. Key Responsibilities - Own the full sales cycle: from sourcing and qualifying leads to closing contracts- Handle both inbound interest and outbound outreach to prospective partners (token issuers, funds, protocols)- Customize and pitch oracle solutions based on asset type and feed requirements- Collaborate with product and integrations teams to align technical capabilities with partner needs- Maintain CRM hygiene, update pipeline reports, and contribute to forecasting- Represent the company at crypto events, conferences, and AMAs Who You Are - 2–5 years of crypto sales or BD experience- Proven ability to close deals in early-stage environments- Familiarity with the tokenization landscape and data oracle infrastructure- Confident discussing DeFi mechanics, tokenomics, and integration paths- Excellent communicator with strong narrative-building skills- Self-directed and comfortable operating remotely Bonus - Experience selling to TradFi institutions- Past work with compliance or financial data feeds (NAV, PoR, AML/KYC signals)
