About the Role

Quidax is seeking a highly experienced Compliance Product Manager to lead the strategy, enhancement, and execution of our KYC and AML product experiences across the exchange. You’ll integrate compliance requirements seamlessly with user and business needs—shaping policies, systems, and user journeys that keep us ahead of regulations while creating a smooth experience for customers.

What You’ll Be Owning

Strengthen and Streamline Compliance Systems

  • Research and benchmark KYC/AML/KYT best practices across global crypto and fintech platforms.

  • Define and own the vision, roadmap, and priorities for compliance product features across onboarding, monitoring, and ongoing due diligence.

  • Partner with the compliance team to select, implement, and optimize tools and data providers for automation, detection, and reporting.

Drive Cross-Team Execution

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of compliance product projects using agile methodology.

  • Work closely with Compliance, Engineering, Operations, CX, and Legal to deliver solutions that are both streamlined and fully compliant.

  • Prioritize features and enhancements that minimize user friction while meeting all regulatory requirements.

Unlock Risk-Managed Growth

  • Analyze onboarding conversion rates, false positive/negative rates, and time-to-approval to spot trends and improvement areas.

  • Develop dashboards, automated reports, and insights to drive data-backed compliance enhancements.

  • Prepare and support new market launches with tailored local compliance flows and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

āœ… 5+ years of experience in product management—preferably in crypto, fintech, banking, or regtech
āœ… Extensive hands-on experience with compliance/KYC/AML systems and user flows
āœ… Track record managing complex, cross-functional projects in regulated industries
āœ… Strong communicator who can bridge technical, compliance, and business teams
āœ… Deeply analytical and comfortable leveraging data to improve product and process

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with compliance automation, screening tools, or API integrations for KYC/AML

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in Africa and other growth markets

  • History of aligning compliance and product goals to drive both safety and customer satisfaction
