At PINTU, we are building the #1 crypto investment platform designed for new investors in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. We recognize that 99% of new investors are underserved because existing solutions cater mainly to pros and early adopters. That’s why we created an app that makes it easy to learn, invest, and sell cryptocurrencies—all in just one click.

We are looking for a Marketing Intern to join our Marketing and Community team. This role will identify users’ needs, behavior and pain points in crypto investment via market research.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will

• Help develop content plans across various channels based on campaign strategy, using an A/B testing mindset to support product growth
• Coordinate and execute product-related communication blasts, ensuring consistency with internal guidelines and communication.
• Support the development of creative visual references.
• Assist in setting up and managing CRM communications such as email marketing, SMS, WhatsApp blasts, and web notifications, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to help design lead nurturing flows, using personalized content, engaging copy, and creative multimedia elements to support lead conversion.
• Support the execution of product launch activities by working with internal marketing stakeholders to deliver campaign assets.
• Help prepare post-campaign performance reports covering key insights from business outcomes, channel performance, content effectiveness, and customer journey learnings.
  
  Who We Are Looking For
• Final-year student or recent graduate in Management, Communication, Linguistics, or related fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia; copywriting portfolio is a plus.
• Interest in visual design trends to help guide ad creative development.
• Comfortable working collaboratively and communicating with cross-functional teams.
• Available for a full-time internship for a minimum duration of 3 months.
• Strong problem-solving skills. Have the courage and creativity to think outside the box.
• Independent, well-organized and a self-starter who can push themselves to deliver results.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools like Big Query and Metabase is a big plus point!
