Overview and Goals:

Are you a meme enthusiast with a flair for marketing in the Web 3 space? As a Marketing Manager at LATOKEN Memepad, your mission is to attract traders for listed tokens by engaging token communities to generate buzz for rewards managed by our growth platform.

You'll start by executing basic listing growth activities—like airdrops and giveaways—on our platform to learn the ropes. After probation, you'll be in charge of amplifying growth activities and will own one of the marketing channels: supervising LATOKEN's social media marketing (SMM); boosting PR with paid ads; managing user-generated content campaigns (UGCC); coordinating influencer marketing; or overseeing other marketing contractors. If you believe memes can move markets (and not just make us chuckle), this is your stage.

Key Responsibilities to Attract Traders and Tokens:

1. Amplify Tokens' Growth Activities on Our Platform: Coordinate perfectly with tokens' marketing teams and boost campaigns with paid ads to activate token communities, generate buzz, and encourage participation in our reward programs.
2. Own One of the Channels: Take charge of LATOKEN's SMM; enhance PR with paid ads (including Telegram mini-app traffic); integrate with Telegram mini-apps; manage UGCC; coordinate influencer marketing; or oversee other marketing contractors.
3. Memes Mean Memepad: Use your channel to make our Memepad brand top-of-mind in any conversation about memes. We are the first place to discover or launch memes for mainstream CEX enthusiasts. Are you the rockstar for this opportunity?

• Experience: 2+ years of owning one of the above channels in a tier 1 marketing firm with proven impactful campaigns.
• Web3 Knowledge: Experience with meme coins or Web 3 projects is a plus.
