Position Title: Ecosystem Investment Manager

Job Type: Independent Contractor (No insurance, PTO, & benefits; candidate will be responsible for any tax and insurance)

Location: Remote (United States), LA preferred

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Strategic Investment Planning: Develop and implement investment strategies to identify and capitalize on high-potential blockchain projects, both within and outside the TRON/BTTC ecosystem.
• Project Sourcing & Evaluation: Source and assess investment opportunities, conducting thorough due diligence, including market analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
• Negotiation & Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations with project teams, structuring investment deals that align with TRON DAO’s strategic objectives.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee the performance of portfolio projects, providing strategic guidance and support to enhance growth and value creation.
• Ecosystem Development: Identify opportunities to integrate external projects into the TRON ecosystem, fostering collaborations that drive collective growth.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and other key stakeholders in the blockchain community.
• Thought Leadership: Represent TRON DAO at industry events, contributing to discussions on blockchain trends and investment strategies.

What We Look For In You:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in investment management, with a focus on blockchain or technology sectors.
• Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and the dynamics of the cryptocurrency market.
• Financial Acumen: Strong financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills, with the ability to assess the viability of complex projects.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading investment teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proactive, innovative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
