The Fund invests broadly across the blockchain landscape through token, venture, and quantitative strategies. The team has deep backgrounds in finance and technology, consisting of software engineers, crypto-native research analysts, venture capitalists, and former operating executives. Our client operates as a registered investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (βSECβ).
Title: Investor Relations Analyst
Location: NYC (Hybrid) or San Francisco (Remote) only
Compensation: The anticipated range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 annual base salary plus meaningful annual discretionary performance-based bonus and discretionary carry. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and performance.
MUST HAVE INVESTMENT BANKING ANALYST EXPERIENCE, PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE FROM A PLACEMENT AGENT, AND/OR INVESTOR RELATIONS EXPERIENCE AT AN INVESTMENT FUND.
This role is an integral part of the Investor Relations teamβs ability to engage, develop, and grow client relationships. LP relationships include global institutional investors, crypto founders, and partners at leading financial institutions.
Responsibilities: As an Investor Relations Analyst your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
βSupport all aspects of the investor relations, business development, marketing, and capital formation process
βAssist with new product development, executing key marketing initiatives, and special projects
βParticipate in investor meetings, coordinate follow-ups, and facilitate discussions
βCreate and maintain marketing materials such as fact sheets, investor presentations, investor letters, and investor updates
βWork closely with the Investment, Compliance, Legal, Finance & Operations teams to develop institutional marketing materials
βCoordinate, draft, and ensure completion of Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and investor requests
βMaintain and update the firmβs CRM system
βCoordinate and manage the subscription and onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for all investors
βSupport planning, preparation, and implementation of various investor events, including Annual Investor Meeting and ad-hoc IR events
Requirements:
βB.S. in Business, Economics, Finance, and/or Accounting preferred
βOne to three years prior experience in investment banking, capital raising and/or investor relations in alternative investments preferred
βOutstanding attention to detail, organizational, project management, and analytical skills
βStrong written and verbal communication skills
βExcellent interpersonal skills to build internal and external relationships
βAbility to multitask, prioritize work and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
βHighly competent in PowerPoint and Excel; comfortable with adapting to new technology
βSelf-starter with a strong work ethic, good judgment, integrity and intellectual curiosity
βPassion and knowledge of digital assets a strong plus
