As Binance continues to rapidly scale globally, we are looking to hire a world class VP of Global Operations and Administration to help build strong foundations for our further growth.Â
You will partner closely with other senior leaders including Human Resources, Legal, Government Relations, Finance & etc to build for scale, drive detailed business planning, and identify bottlenecks and drive solutions.Â
Responsibilities
- Drive actionable steps for scalable and rapid growth, including but not limited to implementing organisation-wide operational efficiencies and performance management and tracking programs
- Provide support for operations across multiple business units including HR, Legal, Government Relations, Finance, etc.
- Analyse and distil data for long-term strategic planning and short to mid term tactical priorities to execute
- Improve communication and cross-functional collaboration, especially economies of scale between disparate business
- Increase overall efficiency and effectiveness across Binance, including reducing time to deliver
Requirements
- At least 10 to 15 years of experience in global operations or administrative roles in a leadership capacityÂ
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment or a startup is ideal
- Organised, meticulous and excellent stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional communication skillsÂ
- Excellent business acumen
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
