BlockFi is looking for an Operations Analyst to join our growing team!
About Your Team
As an Operations Analyst, you will be a part of the execution team, tasked with ensuring the day-to-day operational activities are completed timely and accurately.
Your Mission
- Assisting with review, tracking and management of multi-million dollar crypto asset portfolio and platform
- Review suspicious transactions
- Assisting with asset liquidity to support day-to-day business operations
- Validating & fulfilling client-facing transactions
- Detailed data management
- Working closely with multiple teams on growing business revenue including Finance, Compliance, Client Service and Product
- Provide cross-functional support to enable effective communication and collaboration in operational aspects of the business
- Contract and file management
- Support the implementation of new processes for operational excellence as our platform grows
- Other responsibilities as needed
Your Expertise
- 1-2 years of relevant work or internship experience
- Bachelor's preferred
- Accountable and extremely organized
- Very high attention to detail
- Ability to support variable and weekend working hours (flexibility preferred)
- Strong Excel and GoogleSuite skills
- Experience with finance or client service background a plus
