Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Manager to join our team and take ownership of managing the MGXS community. The studio team operates in the European time zone, but this position is open to candidates based anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to build and nurture a vibrant MGXS community.
• Monitor the MGXS Discord community channels, serve as a point of contact to address members’ concerns, answer questions, and facilitate discussions.
• Assist in bringing in new members by integrating/exploring other MGXS channels, forums, and social media.
• Act as a liaison between the community and internal teams, providing valuable feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Assist the team with organising and promoting community events, including Q&As, contests, and others.
• Identify and collaborate with influential community members to amplify our reach and impact.
• Uphold community guidelines and enforce rules to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all members.
• Analyse community engagement metrics and KPIs, producing regular reports and insights to aid in the development of community growth and engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in community management, preferably within the Web3 (Crypto, NFTs) industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Discord, community management tools, and analytics software.

Benefits:

USD 2,000-2,500 monthly, based on profile/experience.
