Role description

In the ethos of decentralisation, Zilliqa believes in collaboration and a truly open way of working together. We also know that great ideas can start from anywhere.

Zilliqa, therefore, is launching and funding the Web3 Alliance which is an international advisory network to connect top entrepreneurs, developers and innovators.

How does the Web3 Alliance work?

We have created an incentive-based structure to reward advisors/scouts for brokering strong introductions and recommendations that lead to an investment.

We have a vibrant ecosystem of DApps and funding opportunities available for projects new to Zilliqa. Our vision is for the Web3 Alliance network to help us attract and scale the most promising projects in Web3. Our approach is geographically, vertically and stage-agnostic.

Who would make a good advisor/scout?

• A genuine passion in blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies and excited about how Web3 can disrupt, transform and benefit our lives.

• Visibility and exposure in crypto communities and on social media channels to engage with potential partners.

• You enjoy researching trends and opportunities in the space and have a desire to discover new projects and founders.

• You have some (crypto) investing experience (personal or professional).

How are Web3 Alliance advisors/scouts compensated?

Every advisor/scout will be aligned to the success of their recommendations and eligible to be compensated in ZIL once a project recommendation leads to an investment (equity or token). The amount of ZIL varies depending on ticket size and it will be distributed promptly post-investment.
