About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Product Owner / Product Manager to take ownership of our crypto product lifecycle — from ideation to delivery and iteration. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business, legal, and tech teams to build scalable, compliant, and user-centric digital asset solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and manage product roadmap aligned with business goals and regulatory standards.
- Create and track product KPIs, OKRs, and success metrics.
- Develop feature and release plans in coordination with analysts, developers, and UX designers.
- Translate business needs into product requirements and user stories.
- Work with legal teams to interpret communiquĂŠs, directives, and compliance frameworks.
- Lead integration discussions with external vendors and custody/exchange partners.
- Drive the continuous improvement of the product based on feedback, testing, and market needs.
- Maintain clear documentation and update stakeholders regularly on progress and milestones.

Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in product ownership/management, ideally in fintech, crypto, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of crypto asset products, custody, and platform architecture.
- Hands-on experience working with agile tech teams.
- Comfortable with regulatory and technical documentation review.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with vendor relationship management and API integrations is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English is required.
