Overview
We’re looking for a Web3 Senior Product Manager passionate about building products that empower professionals and hiring companies alike. You will design and launch features that:
- Gamify talent discovery and engagement — creating a sticky, rewarding talent pool that drives repeat participation.
- Build upon a next-generation on-chain profile for Web3 professionals, enabling verifiable credentials, wallet activity, and portable reputation.
- Evaluate and execute strategic partnerships that expand our ecosystem, from protocol integrations to key hiring networks.

Candidate requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B, marketplace, or consumer social/gaming products.
  • Proven success shipping blockchain or Web3 products, especially those involving on-chain identity or gamified user engagement.
  • Strong understanding of smart contracts, wallet interactions, and token mechanics.
  • Experience with hiring platforms, reputation systems, or game design principles is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Data-driven decision making and comfort with rapid experimentation.

 Job responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product roadmap across Talent and Company experiences, including ATS, gamified Talent Pool, and AI-driven discovery tools.
  • Lead the creation of a new on-chain profile standard for Web3 professionals — blending identity, verifiable credentials, and wallet-based reputation.
  • Design game mechanics, incentive loops, and token utilities (BDXN) that keep talent active and engaged.
  • Source, evaluate, and close strategic partnerships (protocols, data providers, job networks, dApps) that amplify growth and deepen product utility.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design to ship high-impact features from ideation to launch to iteration.
  • Define KPIs, monitor product performance, and optimize for user retention, engagement, and ecosystem growth.
