Role Description

Phantom is building the entry point for the next generation of finance. Our platform will redefine how tens of millions of people move, invest, and interact with money globally. We have already reached millions of active users and billions in monthly volume. We are now looking for a Head of Product to scale our product organization, expand into new business lines, and out-execute the most formidable players in crypto and consumer finance.

This is a rare opportunity to lead at the intersection of fintech scale, crypto speed, and product excellence. You will have the mandate and resources to ship products that shape the financial system for decades.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Scale: Grow and coach a high-talent team of 6+ PMs and cross-functional product teams, raising the bar on speed, craft, and impact.

• Set the Agenda: Define a bold, multi-year product vision that aligns with Phantom’s strategic pillars of Own Entry Point, Grow Trading, Eat TradFi, and Diversify Revenue.

• Ship at Scale: Launch category-defining products that are fast, elegant, and trusted by tens of millions globally.

• Drive Cross-Company Impact: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and business development to deliver high-velocity execution across the portfolio.

• Bring Technical and Design Excellence: Make smart trade-offs, keep products beautiful, and ensure they scale without sacrificing user trust.

• Win in Crypto’s Fast Lane: Bring deep domain expertise or ramp instantly and use it to outpace the competition.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading multi-product teams at scale.

• Track record of shipping consumer products with millions of users.

• Strong technical fluency and ability to work deeply with engineering.

• Sharp design sensibility and obsession with user experience.

• Operates with urgency, focus, and entrepreneurial drive.

• Crypto native or able to get there fast.
