Product Lead
Responsibilities:
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Verisart's certification and verification services (physical and digital), leading web3 Shopify app and token gated communities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure that product development aligns with business goals
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions
- Develop and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance and mentorship as needed
- Work with the CEO to define product OKRs & KPIs
- Manage and measure the success of product initiatives
- Communicate product updates and progress to the rest of the company, as well as external stakeholders
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in product management (SaaS or ecommerce), with a track record of delivering successful products
- Experience in web3 & blockchain technology
- Strong understanding of the collectibles industry
- Excellent leadership skills with engineers and designers
- Scrum management
- Ability to think strategically and prioritize initiatives based on business goals and customer needs
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
