- UX Judgment: You have a demonstrated ability to reason about user experience, simplify complex systems, and make principled usability trade-offs without compromising sovereignty or security.
- Gravitas & Presence: Exceptional communication skills. You are a clear and confident communicator who inspires those around you. You have the poise to advise senior executives and the empathy to motivate execution teams.
- Technical Sovereignty: A sophisticated understanding of how Bitcoin works (nodes, wallets, Lightning Network) and the ability to navigate technical trade-offs within the Fedimint protocol.
- Global Mindset: Ability to work across US/LATAM or European/African time zones. Proficiency in English is required; French or Spanish is a major plus.
- Mission Alignment: A deep passion for decentralization and a genuine desire to empower global communities through freedom technologies.
