Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and prioritisation across Celestia's product portfolio, ensuring decisions are grounded in market needs and deliver measurable outcomes
- Lead and develop the Product Team, setting clear direction and accountability
- Continuously assess the competitive landscape, and conduct win/loss analysis to understand how we differentiate and why prospects choose us or competitors
- Establish rigorous user research practices: define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), interview users regularly, build accurate user stories, implement systems to track acquisition stages, and create feedback loops across BD, Sales, DevEx, and Engineering teams
- Shift from feature-based to outcome-based roadmaps with clear milestones and KPIs, ensuring rationale and assumptions are well-documented and communicated to current and prospective users
- Partner with BD and Marketing on user-specific pitches, one-pagers, and external materials that effectively communicate our product differentiators
- Work closely with engineering, research, and go-to-market teams to drive successful execution
- Represent product at the executive level and contribute to company-wide strategy
Who You Are
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of building and scaling product functions at similar tech companies
- Deep expertise in user research, market analysis, and data-driven decision making
- Experience establishing product roadmaps, KPIs, and accountability frameworks
- Demonstrated rigor and repeatable success in defining and executing product strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working with engineering teams to balance technical constraints with user needs
- Crypto-native background with deep understanding of blockchain technology and the crypto product landscape
