Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of the Main App Search product at Binance, including Discovery Page, Search Result Page, etc.

Drive core business metrics such as trade conversion, CTR, and business traffic through systematic product iterations and roadmap planning.

Independently own requirements, write PRDs, coordinate engineering implementation, launch features, and track results end-to-end.

Collaborate closely with engineering, business, and data teams; respond and resolve online incidents and issues immediately as first responder.

Understand crypto user behavior deeply, differentiate new and experienced users, and optimize search experience and conversion accordingly.
Requirements

3+ years experience working for search product features.

Ability to turn complex information requirements into clear product solutions, ensuring high data accuracy and low latency.

Outstanding collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams (Operations, Tech) to streamline search production and distribution workflows.

Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin for effective global stakeholder communication.

Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field; technical or engineering background is a bonus for bridging product and tech challenges.
