About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for the technical infrastructure supporting on-chain deposit and withdrawal processes, considering scalability, stability, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and prioritize infrastructure requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate infrastructure requirements into technical specifications and oversee the successful implementation of infrastructure projects.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in blockchain technology and infrastructure, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- Collaborate with operations teams to develop and implement efficient processes for on-chain deposit and withdrawal operations
What We Look For In You:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business).
- Prior working experience in well-known Internet/cryptocurrency companies such as Facebook, Amazon, Airbnb, Coinbase, etc.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency protocols, and the technical aspects of on-chain transactions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize competing demands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English as it can be used as a working language, Mandarin speaker will be mandatory.
