Growth Product Manager
What You Will Do.
- Relationship Development and Management: Cultivate strong relationships with DApps and projects within the Blockchain's ecosystem, serving as the main contact post-implementation. ​​Collaborate with the development team on product enhancements and cross-functional teams to integrate partner offerings and maximize value for users. Understand the business and needs of projects to maximize their success within the blockchain ecosystem and drive long-term partner engagement.
- Project Growth: Execute growth initiatives and campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Implement growth hacking tactics to maximize user growth organically. Collaborates with projects to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions. Monitor KPIs and analyze performance data to assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives and identify areas for optimization. Generate regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and user preferences relevant to the project's growth objectives, utilizing market insights to inform decision-making and optimize growth strategies.
Who You Are.
- 2+ years of product growth experience within Blockchain / DeFi
- 2+ years experience in Web3 space (Crypto, Defi, Blockchain)
- 2+ years experience in account management or consulting, working with both internal and external clients.
- Strong communication skills
