Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Project Manager with strong problem-solving skills gaining you a deep understanding of our environment. You’ll work closely with our software development teams on our expanding digital collectible platforms that support millions of collectors. You’re no stranger to the agile framework and can define clear sprints, goals and objectives while translating our customer and partner needs into technical user stories. You’ll collaborate with other team members across the organization to instill a project and metrics mindset in all that we do. You will make sure that project requirements are properly scoped and that projects are delivered on time, quality and within planned budgets.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects and initiatives of variable size and complexity.
- Create and deliver dashboard reporting and overview of project status.
- Manage development schedules and emergent tasks, while mitigating risks and managing tradeoffs
- Follow established project management framework and evolve new practices to enable faster delivery and team growth.
- Create a highly productive and fun team environment
- Ensure inclusion of standards and methodologies across our teams.
- Break projects into smaller development work packages and prioritize
- Assign tasks and coordinate internal resources and external vendors for seamless project execution
- Track and understand resource allocation across multiple projects and manage delivery expectations and timelines
- Turn discussions into action items and notes to keep teams aligned
Qualifications
- 4+ years of project management experience in Tech or Gaming industry.
- 2+ years of performing as a scrum master, product owner, or engineer in the team following Scrum or Kanban methodology.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or similar fields.
- Experience working with distributed teams and facilitating virtual meetings
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to make decisions and prioritize tasks
