In your role at Ponto, you will:
- Be our customers’ first point of contact once they’re onboarded to be their trusted advisor and help their technical teams make the most of out using Ponto
- Build and demonstrate custom prototypes that allow prospects to understand and evaluate Ponto’s capabilities within the context of their own data, technical requirements, team workflows, and business process needs
- Develop processes and workflows that allow us to build and scale a best-in-class Solutions Engineering organization
- Work closely with our CRO to help them source new opportunities, gather data-influenced research, identify new markets and opportunities, and close deals
- Work closely with the Product & Engineering teams to identify key features requests, product learnings, and potential gaps in the current roadmap
- Work closely with Ponto’s Risk & Fraud Teams to advise on questions related to Ponto’s Compliance requirements
- Be the go-to internally for customer data for all departments and their use cases
Qualifications:
- You have 3+ years of experience in a sales engineering or solution consulting role in a SaaS environment, ideally in fintech or Web3 space (crypto experience preferred but not required)
- You have superb communication skills and are able to interface with customers directly, engendering trust and credibility for Ponto
- You grasp the fundamentals of APIs, SDKs, and widgets used inside various applications and are passionate about problem solving with Ponto’s customers
- While not a requirement, comfort writing and understanding JavaScript and/or react-native is a plus
- Can identify, own, and resolve issues impacting the solution and then, document how you fixed it
- You're flexible and able to adapt to the evolving needs of a fast-paced environment
- You’re interested in helping build the financial infrastructure of Web3
