About the Opportunity 

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team at MoonPay. This role will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, while driving process excellence across our hiring operations. You will play a pivotal role in scheduling, reporting, and optimizing recruitment workflows, partnering closely with Talent Partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth, scalable hiring processes.

What You Will Do

    • Own scheduling of candidate interviews across functions and geographies, ensuring seamless coordination with internal stakeholders.
    • Collaborate closely with Talent Partners to identify pipeline bottlenecks and ensure proactive resolution.
    • Track and report on recruitment pipeline health metrics, flagging blockers through weekly updates and dashboards.
    • Leverage AI and automation tools to reduce manual workload, particularly around scheduling.
    • Project manage workstreams related to candidate experience, including initiatives to reduce candidate withdrawal rates.
    • Optimize MoonPay’s GoodTime instance to increase adoption and efficiency.
    • Build structured hiring playbooks and contribute to initiatives for measuring quality of hire.

About You

    • Previous experience in recruitment coordination or HR operations.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Data-driven mindset, comfortable reporting on metrics and identifying improvement areas.
    • Familiarity with recruitment tools and scheduling automation (GoodTime, Greenhouse, or similar).
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
