We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team to support the Go-To-Market (GTM) hiring, someone with at least 3 years experience in 360 recruitment and proven track records in hiring for the Web3 industry. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for GTM roles, such as sales, marketing, business development, and partnerships, within the Web3 ecosystem. If you are passionate and enthusiastic about the Web3 industry, specifically talent-related projects for GTM roles, come and join our team! In this role, you will:

Manage the 360 end-to-end recruitment process from business development, job requisition through to offer negotiation and onboarding for GTM roles, including sales, marketing, business development, and partnerships within Web3 organizations. Build and maintain talent pipelines by proactively sourcing and engaging with passive candidates through online platforms, social media, professional networks, and Web3-specific communities. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand GTM recruitment needs, provide market insights, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles, job descriptions, and hiring timelines. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress, maintain candidate databases, and generate reports on pipeline activity. Stay up-to-date with Web3 industry trends, GTM strategies, and talent acquisition best practices to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.

You might thrive in this role if you have:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with experience working in a recruitment agency (360 recruitment). Experience in recruiting for GTM roles (e.g., sales, marketing, business development, or partnerships) within the Web3 or technology sectors. Familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem, including developments and trends in the industry. Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is an advantage. Fluency in English is required.
