The team

Kraken is looking for experienced recruiters across a multitude of geographies, to support Tech hiring across our global business. We value speed, accuracy and a high bar and in turn you would join a team of high performing best in class individuals.

You will partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to craft and execute strategic hiring plans that crush timelines and attract mission-aligned top players, in a ruthless competitive market. You’ll operate in a fully remote, high agency, async-native culture where speed, precision and focus aren’t optional, - they are the baseline. This is an opportunity to partner with the brightest minds in the Crypto industry, hand in hand helping shape one of the most innovative businesses in the world.

The opportunity

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and teams to design and execute effective hiring strategies, supporting their decision making with sound data and market insights

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies against prioritized requisitions with an eye on market intelligence and industry developments

  • Act as a force of change - navigate complex environments, force uncomfortable conversations, act relentlessly in the interest of Kraken

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, operating as a problem solver and force multiplier by removing blockers and delivering high-value hires

  • Champion the Kraken culture, ensuring candidates are aligned to our mission and values

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects that elevate our global recruiting infrastructure and help define what “great” looks like at Kraken

Skills you should HODL

  • Recruitment experience from a reputable, fast-growing, high bar technology/product business against ruthless competition. Bonus points if you’ve hacked it in crypto, fintech or any product-driven org

  • High motor - you bring relentless energy and consistent effort to everything you do. You don’t coast, you’re always in motion and making things happen.

  • Scrappyness - you do not see problems but opportunities

  • Strong product sense

  • Sound appreciation for the fundamentals of talent acquisition, but creative and inquisitive when considering modern tactics

  • High agency, strong bias for action, and the confidence to push boundaries, influence stakeholders, and close exceptional talent without compromise.

  • Comfort in the chaos, thriving in ambiguity, owning your outcomes, and moving with urgency in a fully async, remote-native setting

  • Interest for financial technologies and cryptocurrency
