With a strong HR Generalist already covering recruiting and HR operations, we’re now looking for a HR Business Partner who will be the custodian of our culture principles and ensure they’re lived, not just written.

The Role
As our HR Business Partner, you’ll be the go-to advisor for leadership and managers on all people matters — with a special focus on embedding our culture principles into everyday practice.
You’ll coach managers, shape performance and development frameworks, and lead initiatives that keep our team engaged, aligned, and motivated.
While our Generalist runs HR ops and recruiting, you’ll focus on culture, leadership support, and strategic people initiatives that scale with us.

Key Responsibilities

    • Culture & Engagement
    • Champion our culture principles across the company, ensuring they guide hiring, performance, decision-making, and recognition.
    • Design and run culture-building initiatives that strengthen belonging, trust, and collaboration.
    • Measure engagement, share insights with leadership, and drive action plans.
    • Leadership Partnering
    • Act as a coach and advisor to managers and senior leaders.
    • Enable leaders to role-model our principles, especially in decision-making, eedback, and performance.
    • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning.
    • Performance & Development
    • Own the performance management cycle (goals, reviews, feedback frameworks).
    • Build career development paths that reward growth, curiosity, and high standards.
    • Identify L&D opportunities aligned with culture and business priorities.
    • Employee Relations
    • Be a trusted advisor on sensitive employee issues with fairness and transparency.
    • Promote open communication and constructive debate (“Disagree and Commit”).
    • Support healthy conflict resolution and feedback culture.
    • Collaboration with HR Team
    • Work with the HR Generalist to ensure policies, onboarding, and recruiting reflect our culture principles.
    • Align talent acquisition with long-term culture fit and leadership needs

What We’re Looking For

    • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or advisory role.
    • Proven experience shaping culture, performance, and leadership in a high-growth company.
    • Strong coaching skills and the ability to influence senior leaders.
    • A mindset that aligns with our culture principles: customer-obsessed, bold, fast, curious, committed, and uncompromising on standards.
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
