The Role
As a Contract Sourcer supporting QuickNode’s Go To Market organization, you will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel talent engagement across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to identify, attract, and deliver high-quality candidates in the blockchain/Web3 space. This role requires a proactive and metrics-driven sourcer who thrives in a high-growth environment and can operate autonomously while scaling recruiting strategies.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines for Go To Market roles across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with a focus on blockchain/Web3 talent
Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deeply understand role requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies
Leverage Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Discord, Telegram, and niche Web3 communities to identify and engage passive talent
Deliver qualified candidates to recruiters within agreed-upon SLAs, ensuring pipeline health and conversion metrics are met
Track and report sourcing activity, conversion rates, and pipeline health to Talent Acquisition leadership
Build employer brand visibility by promoting QuickNode within Web3 communities and maintaining high-quality candidate experiences
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on high-growth SaaS or Web3/crypto companies
Strong understanding Talent systems like Ashby, Greenhouse, Gem, etc.
Proven success building pipelines for Go To Market roles, including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
Strong research and Boolean search skills with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing from non-traditional channels
Familiarity with Web3 communities, blockchain networks, and crypto-native talent pools
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and convert passive candidates
Metrics-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sourcing KPIs
The US hourly rate for this position is up to $80 per hour and 40 hours per week. International ranges, in local currency, will be discussed during the hiring process with applicable candidates. We consider years of experience, level of proficiency in job function, the technical competencies required and location when determining base salary ranges for positions and levels.
