What You Will Do
- Own scheduling of candidate interviews across functions and geographies, ensuring seamless coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Partners to identify pipeline bottlenecks and ensure proactive resolution.
- Track and report on recruitment pipeline health metrics, flagging blockers through weekly updates and dashboards.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to reduce manual workload, particularly around scheduling.
- Project manage workstreams related to candidate experience, including initiatives to reduce candidate withdrawal rates.
- Optimize MoonPay’s GoodTime instance to increase adoption and efficiency.
- Build structured hiring playbooks and contribute to initiatives for measuring quality of hire.
About You
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination or HR operations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable reporting on metrics and identifying improvement areas.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and scheduling automation (GoodTime, Greenhouse, or similar).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
