We’re looking for an People Intern to join our dynamic People team from January to June 2026. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on exposure across the full spectrum of HR operations in a fast-paced start-up environment. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, gaining experience in areas including but not limited to employee onboarding, HR systems management, payroll admin, and performance management processes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Assist in policy documentation and HR projects, including performance management activities

  • Help maintain employee records, HR files, HRIS data entry and updates, ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR operations

  • Provide support in preparing and coordinating payroll administration

  • Contribute to recruitment activities such as job postings, interview coordination, and candidate experience

What we're looking for:

  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and proactive

  • Good communication skills and a team player mindset

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic start-up environment

  • Curious and willing to learn across different areas of HR

  • Able to commit full-time for 6 months or more
