- A knack for understanding tech stacks (you don’t have to code, but you should know Python from Rust).
- You move fast, think smart, and stay scrappy: You're more startup athlete than corporate operator.
- Organized and detail-obsessed (you love a good spreadsheet almost as much as a good hire).
