We’re on the hunt for a "hunter" to help us scale the Impossible.

As a Recruiter at Impossible Cloud, you won’t just fill roles - you’ll build the rocket ship while it’s taking off.

We're growing fast, and we need someone who knows how to spot exceptional talent from a mile away, and convince them to join a cloud company that’s anything but ordinary.

You’ll be part of shaping our hiring engine and our company DNA at the same time, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our leadership team to bring in the people who will define our future.

What you will do:

    • Own end-to-end hiring for a range of roles: From engineers to operators and everything in between.
    • Source like a detective, charm like a diplomat, and close like a champion.
    • Juggle 3–4 roles simultaneously without dropping the ball or losing your mind.
    • Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to deeply understand the who, why, and when of each role.
    • Build scalable recruiting processes, systems, and rituals that future-you will thank you for.
    • Think data-first: track what works, ditch what doesn’t, and keep leveling up.
    • Be a key contributor to shaping our company culture through who you bring in.

What you bring:

    • Relevant experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a heavy focus on tech hiring.
    • You know your way around developer hiring, GitHub sleuthing, and engineering lingo.
    • A knack for understanding tech stacks (you don’t have to code, but you should know Python from Rust).
    • You move fast, think smart, and stay scrappy: You're more startup athlete than corporate operator.
    • Organized and detail-obsessed (you love a good spreadsheet almost as much as a good hire).
    • You make decisions based on data - not vibes (well, mostly not vibes).

Bonus Points

    • Scale-up or startup experience: You’ve seen (and survived) the messy middle before
    • Strong academic track record (Bachelor’s / Master’s from a solid university)
    • Fluent in English and German or just really good at making yourself understood in both
    • Always learning, always improving: You leave people and processes better than you found them
    • A+ communicator: Whether it’s email, G-Meet, or just vibes in a Slack thread, you get your point across clearly
