Global Recruitment Intern (Mandarin Speaking)
Job Responsibilities
- Implement and execute overall recruiting strategies
- Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements on appropriate internal and external recruitment platforms.
- Proactively source and screen candidates using recruitment channels, databases, social media and any other platforms.
- Conduct job interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools to filter and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Update recruitment status reports in various internal tracking platforms / listings.
- Design and brainstorm new creative recruitment strategies as and when necessary to drive the recruitment numbers.
- Participate in various recruitment drives / job fairs as and when required. Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Pursuing a Degree in Human Resources or a similar relevant field
- Speak Fluent English would be a bonus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
