WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage the day-to-day business of our CEO, and act as his thought-partner for all issues across the company
- Prepare CEO for meetings through background research and discussion with internal stakeholders
- Shadow CEO across meetings, taking notes and diligently tracking/executing follow-ups
- Effectively organize and prioritize CEO’s time, with EA support
- Represent CEO, when appropriate, in internal and external meetings
- Ensure consistent and thorough follow-through on all CEO directives, and that company-wide quarterly / annual goals are being met
- Execute cross functional special projects, ranging from supporting business development deals to setting engineering strategy / roadmap
- Elevate CEO’s media presence and brand, in partnership with Marketing and Comms / PR
- Independently drive tasks and special projects to completion, coordinating across multiple business functions and leaders
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Bachelors Degree (MBAs welcome)
- 3-5+ years of total experience across consulting, banking, startup operations, and/or supporting C-level executives
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Track record of success in building/implementing scalable business processes
- Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environments
- Ability to work in a Hybrid environment with onsite located in the NYC area
Salary Range: $152,200 to $192,600
