Senior Recruiter
Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and non-technical roles within the organization. The Senior Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing top talent, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. This role is critical in supporting our rapid growth and expansion
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, utilizing various sourcing channels and recruitment tools to identify top talent for the organization
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, interview coordination, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Developing sourcing strategies to attract and maintain top talent. We love new ideas and we are eager to hear yours!
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates. Hiring elusive candidates, coaching hiring managers to improve the offer acceptance rate, and full-cycle recruiting in its entirety

Preferred Qualifications
- 4-8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on hiring both technical and non-technical roles within a fast-paced and dynamic organization
- Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent, utilizing innovative recruitment strategies and tools to identify and engage candidates
- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, with the ability to assess technical skills and experience effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required.
- A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
