BitGo is looking for a Contract Non- Tech Recruiterwho will join our team in Bangalore, India.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Proactively reach out to potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on candidate status and gather feedback to refine the selection process.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely and constructive feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to recruitment.

Skills & Experience:

Required:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or with a recruitment agency.
  • 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of non- tech-recruitment experience.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Contract Details:

  • Position Type: Contract, 6-Month Term
  • Working Model: Hybrid (3 day in the office/ week)
  • Office Location: Koramangala 5th block
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
